Si vous voulez manger le soir de Noël quelque part, parce que vous êtes loin de chez vous ou de votre famille … vous pouvez aller « Chez Clément » ;-), ils sont ouverts. Un éductour, très apprécié par Mama, qui y est allée avec Aba, le veinard ;-)! Différent cette fois-ci des autres éductours qui offrent un repas, car ils ont fait un buffet (salé et sucré) avec tous les différents plats que « Chez Clément » sert aux clients d’habitude … donc Aba et Mama ont pu goûter à tout! Ça leur a beaucoup plu :-), les produits ont été très frais. C’était très bon, surtout la « Crème de châtaigne et copeaux de foie gras de canard », mmmmmmh :-).
If you want to eat somewhere on Christmas’ eve, because you’re far from home or of your family … you can go to « Chez Clément » ;-), they are opened. An educational visit, very appreciated by Mama, who went with Aba, the lucky one ;-)! Different this time of the other visits which offers you a meal, because they organize a buffet this time (salty and sweet) with all the various dishes that they’re used to make for their usually customers … so Aba and Mama were able to taste everything! That they like a lot :-), the products were very fresh. It was very good, especially the « Cream of sweet chestnut and pieces of duck foie gras », yummy :-).
