15th of August … we arrived late yesterday, only around midnight. It was a long trip, about 12 hours ride, pouh ! But you forgot our new blue metropolitain baby 😉 … with him any ride is a pleasure … maximum of confort and air conditioning … Aba is happy !
Sylvie looks good ! She's in love … that's better than any make up ! Now you know, why Mama always looks good ;-). We went to visit the city centre, walking around …
And of course, we visited Nîmes Arena, the best-preserved amphitheatre from the Roman Empire, which could hold until 24.000 spectators !

After eating we said "goodbye" to Sylvie and continue our way to Embrun, via Pont du Gard, Pont Saint Nicolas, Avignon, Sablet, Aubres … on the "Route Côte du Rhône" in the "Drôme provençale" … Saint May … beautiful, sunny region with the sound Mama loves !!! Crickets all over !
We stopped in Serres to have dinner, unfortunately the vietnamese restaurant we went was pretty bad … but it's nicely decorated and you have a beautiful view. We arrived in Embrun around 10:00 PM, but Mama went only to sleep around 1:00 AM ! What do you want, even on holidays she has to tidy up ! Good night, laila tov, my wonderful family !
