This year Bastille day celebrates the 75 anniversary of the french Air Force ! Wow !!! What a show they give ! Mama and Maayan stood home to rest. They saw the military parade on TV, but it's nothing next to a live show !!!
And the french President Nicolas Sarkozy was so happy to see Omer … look, how he waves him "Hello" :-)).
Back home, we went for a walk in "Parc de Sceaux", visiting the squirrels … and making a round with the push scooter. Look how near the squirrel came to us !
The day didn't finish … did you forget the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower ??!? We're celebrating another anniversary this year : the Iron Lady is 120 years old !!!
We're waiting very patiently to go inside the Montparnasse tower … what a great idea to go up here to see he fireworks !!!
Great, great view over all Paris and not crowded at all … :)).
From here we see the "Champs de Mars", parc in front of the Eiffel Tower … filled with 800.000 persons (!!!) waiting for "Johnny Halliday", "Christopher Maé" and finally the fireworks !
We have so much more place up here :)) ! And such a better view !!
It was so beautiful … a breathtaking show, 30 minutes of fireworks … we even had the impression that the tower was moving and dancing !!! Hope you're enjoying the pictures, too.
