So, as you already know, yesterday we were at Avivit's house and there we met her friend: Myriam. A very nice lady with two children (Tal and Mai, two girls and her husband Moti), full of energy and a heart out of gold! And just like that, we were asked to go altogether to the Zoo of Jerusalem the next day, in other words today. So, Avivit's family, six, us, five and Myriam's family, four. It was very hot. Mama loved it, it's just the weather she needs! The Zoo is large and very well kept, with a lot of green and places to picnic. Israelis love food and picnic! And so, what did we do of course, just when we arrived? Sit down … and eat: knackis, hard eggs, burekkas with cheese or potatoes, salads, schnitzel … help!!! And the diet of Mama?????
Normally, you eat and rest, after you made an effort, but we??? We didn't do any effort yet! Euh, yes, carry the bags full of food 800 metres :-). So, after the picnic, Myriam said "Ok, we ate, let's go home now!" Ha, ha, no my dear. We walk and what to say "hello" to each animal! This zoo's speciality is to have each animal, which have been on Noe's Ark! Therefore there are a lot! We're in Holy Land, you forgot?! So, a lot of things reflect the history in the bible.
As you can see, it's hot! So,yes!!! Ice-cream and cold drinks are very welcome.
A lot, a lot of people, too! Wow! All these religious family! It's amazing, incredible for "europeans" to see so big families: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 children! Everybody well educated, sitting still. The bigger sisters are taking care of the younger ones … .
Boum! We're sleeping in the car ! We walked, up and down through all the zoo ! No animal can be upset, as we've seen all of them ! And tonight, more food: Orit is inviting all of us: we're going to be 17 around the table ! Gal, too, jump over to say "Hello", nice of her. Tomer profit to sleep overnight. He wanted to play "Dofus" (Mama is screaming, when she hears this word !) and PSP with his beloved cousin Omer. No Mama screaming, sleeping until 1 in the afternoon, breakfast at 2pm. "Eden", paradise on earth ! What else can you ask ?
What a day ! Just enough force to fall in our beds, the real ones now and not only in the car ! Lot's of love and sweet dreams to you, too.
